Friendly and kind staff, help to arrange to send our luggage to the subsequent room booking without us having to go through the trouble of check out and check in. Room is clean, comfortable bed, also provide toiletries. best of all, convenience location - hotel is very near to Hachiochi station just 3 mins away; and 5mins from Keio-Hachioji station, near to Celeo mall and easy accessible to food and restaurant. The bonus point is the Hello Kitty and Little Twin Stars decor at hotel level 2.

The location was excellent within very easy walking distance of Hachioji JR Station. I had asked about parking but never received a reply to my email. In the end, this did not matter as we chose to use public transport, but it was disappointing. Breakfast was adequate, but not as extensive as we have enjoyed in Japan. Our room and facilities were clean and tidy. The only isdue was the residual washing powder smell in the bed linen.

I am told this is the best hotel in the Hachioji area, and I think it is. They were accommodating with requests, the breakfast was excellent with many choices (Western, Japanese meals), the room and bed were comfortable and spacious. Location was excellent was it was right off the JR Hachioji station, which made it convenient to go to work at the Kita Hachioji area.

As usual, the amenities in the room was superb. I could do my work in the room as well as it was comfortable and conducive (quiet).
